Yes, you can change your Zipcar membership. To change your membership, go to the “My Account” section of the Zipcar website and click on “Change Membership.” You can then choose the type of membership that you would like.
To remove your credit card from Zipcar, you first need to log in to your account. Once you’re logged in, click on the “My Account” tab and then select “Credit Cards.” From there, you’ll be able to delete your credit card information.
Zipcar typically takes 24-48 hours to process refunds.

Zipcar UK has an age requirement of 18 years or older.
You can end your Zipcar reservation early by logging into your account and selecting the “End Reservation” option. If you need to end your reservation outside of normal operating hours, please contact Zipcar Customer Service.
